What evaluations were completed
Two evaluations of the Bloom program are planned. The Outcomes evaluation has been completed and is available here. The Process evaluation is underway and will be available in early 2017.
Why was the Bloom Program evaluated?
The evaluation of the Bloom Program provided valuable information about the delivery of an innovative community-pharmacy model and the role it can play in addressing mental health and addictions issues in Nova Scotia.
Who conducted the Bloom Program evaluation?
The evaluations have been led by program evaluation specialists and the Bloom Program Evaluation Advisory Committee, which is a subcommittee of the Bloom Program Steering Committee. The program evaluation specialists have worked closely with the development and implementation team members in the development, conduct, and drafting of the evaluation.

- Lead Bloom Program community pharmacists
